When you use REV, we collect and process property listing information and images that you submit to us or direct us to retrieve from public listing sources (for example, by providing a listing URL). This may include property addresses, descriptions, prices, MLS numbers, and photographs. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to market each listing you submit and that you hold the rights necessary for us to process and publish the associated images and information.

We process your personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds: your consent; the performance of our contractual obligations to you; our legitimate business interests, balanced against your privacy rights; compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and the protection of the vital interests of you or another person.

We use your personal information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Generate marketing video and related content from the listing information and images you provide or direct us to process

FlowPilot REV uses artificial intelligence to analyze property photos and listing information and to generate marketing video and related content. Content you provide or direct us to process is used only to deliver the Service to you and is not used to train third-party AI models beyond what is necessary to produce your output. Automated processing is integral to the Service; where required by law, you may request human review of a decision that significantly affects you.

With your consent, we send you marketing and informational messages — including product updates, offers, and availability — by email and by text message (SMS) to the contact details on file. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help; you can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or service messages that are necessary to provide a service you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the circumstances described below.

Service Providers and Sub-Processors

We share information with trusted third-party providers that help us operate the Service, disclosing only the data each provider needs to perform its function.
